AgCountry Farm Credit Services believes we are responsible to each other and for our cooperative. We take this responsibility very seriously especially during this time with the growing threat of the Coronavirus (COVID -19). Our Executive Leadership Team is actively engaged in monitoring the situation and are implementing the provisions of our established Pandemic Response Plan which is a part of our overall Business Continuity Plan. Currently, this includes:

  • Closing offices to customers and general public to minimize exposure to COVID-19 from March 23 – April 3, 2020. [Reassessing the situation during the week of April 3, 2020]
  • Establishing Priority Service Teams (very small teams) to work in the closed offices to ensure core functions are maintained while practicing social distancing
    o All other employees will continue to work from home
  •  Utilizing customer remote work tools
    o Online Banking
    o MyAgCountry.com for document security
    o Email/Phone for your local office
    o DocuSign for signing documents digitally
    o ACH Payment Services Options
